Do I need to hold any inventory?

No. You do not need to purchase any stock. We hold all the inventory in our Charlotte, NC facility. When you or your customer places an order, we pack and ship it with your branding and packaging.

Is there a limited number of spots?

Yes. We have capacity for 5 brands to be launched per month so that every partner gets the care and attention their brand deserves.

Where do you ship from?

Every order is fulfilled from our own facility in Charlotte, NC, with no third parties. We run daily pickups with UPS, FedEx and USPS, so your customers can have their order as soon as next day. Order by 2pm Eastern and it ships the same day.

I own a salon. Can I have my own line just for my salon?

Yes. The Salon Only tier is a streamlined option for salon owners who want to use their own branded hair line with their existing clients, without selling online.
